Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of OneStop Grand Island Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

OneStop Grand Island Tree Services provides professional tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, tree trimming and pruning, stump grinding and removal, emergency tree services, hazardous tree removal, land clearing, cabling and bracing, and storm cleanup services.

All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and safety protocols. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that a job cannot be completed safely or within local regulations.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all services. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection and may be adjusted if conditions change or additional work is discovered.

Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Property Access and Liability

You grant us permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for ensuring that we have clear access to work areas and for identifying any underground utilities, septic systems, or other hazards on your property.

While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other features that were not properly marked or disclosed before work began. We carry full liability insurance for property damage and injuries that occur as a direct result of our work.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs.

We may need to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a new date that works for both parties.

Emergency Services

We offer 24/7 emergency tree removal services for situations that pose an immediate threat to safety or property. Emergency services may be subject to additional fees due to the urgent nature and potential after-hours work required.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by local authorities before tree removal or other services begin. We can assist you in understanding permit requirements, but the ultimate responsibility lies with the property owner.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of use.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, natural growth patterns, disease, or other factors beyond our control.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
